At Lume Jewels (the Owner), every piece is crafted and delivered with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in impeccable condition. All domestic orders are shipped through trusted and registered courier partners and/or Speed Post services to guarantee secure and timely delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment. In certain cases, delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability or as mutually agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Once dispatched, the shipment’s transit time will depend on the respective courier or postal service. While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Lume Jewels (the Owner) shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. Order and delivery confirmations will be shared via the registered email address provided at the time of registration.

Please note that any shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
